Strawberry Treat


School is just around the corner, which means busy schedules and quick breakfast fast food runs. Nonetheless I got a treat that is quick, easy and will fill you up. It's great for breakfast or an evening snack.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup of fresh cottage cheese 
3-5 or 1/2 of cup of Strawberries (or any fruit you like) 
1 tsp. of pecans (or any nut you like) 
*If you would like to sweeten it a bit you can add a pinch of suger 

Steps:
1. Place all the ingredient in a bow 
2. slowly fold they together 

And that's it, you have a cool healthy snack that will keep you going thoughtout your busy day :)
